Rowing Hacks for the boathouse are all well and good - and we will keep them coming—but if you are stuck away from the boathouse, there are still a ton of tips and tricks you can be working on from home that will be really useful when the boatbays are back open for business and you can get to the "office."
One of these hacks is the Coaching Launch Safety Card - a simple, laminated-to-be-weatherproof sheet that lists all your  team contact information and emergency action plans that can sit in every launch, hopefully never to be used for an actual emergency.
If you don't have something like this already, then this could be the perfect time to put one together and be just that little bit more prepared for getting back on the water - but even if you have been using these for years, we bet they could use an update... or at least a bit of re-laminating.
Here is the back story on this hack, which was sent to us years back by the good folks of the Minneapolis Rowing Club, but we've seen it in launches all over the map since: The Safety Card.
We hope this hack can come in handy at your place and, if you have hacked up something else that is cool and helpful with all this spare time in a quiet boathouse, then send it to us and we will write it up to share - or tell us about your tips and tricks in the comments below.
